Verify Version When Deploying


We've had an issue, in the past, where we forget the one manual step to deployment: copying the binaries from the build folder to the production release area. When that happens, we simply deploy the existing version on top of itself and nothing is really updated.

A way around this would be to let the user select a file to be compared to the existing file when deploying. For example, the user could select Foo.dll (on the app tab). Then, when Presto deploys, it will compare the file version of the new Foo.dll to the file version of the old Foo.dll. If it's the same, then a warning can be generated, or the deployment can fail, etc...
