Detailed Installation Logging in the Dashboard

description

When an installation fails or partially succeeds, users must remote into the app server and view the event log to figure out what went wrong. Instead of doing that, write these tasks to the DB instead of (or in addition to) the event log. Then create a view in the Dashboard app to drill down into these.
